2011 On-Line Registration NOW OPEN for Mites/8U/Jr Gold and Learn to Skate!

Registration is closed for all other levels.

The registration process is a SIX step process:

Step 1) Register your son(s)/daughter(s) with USA Hockey.

How to do this:

§ Go to www.usahockey.com and click on the "Players" button and then the "register online" button. (link http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/)

§ Click on "Register Now"

§ Follow the prompts fill in all data correctly. The legal player name from the birth certificate is required.

§ Process payment – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card). A Visa gift card will also work.

§ You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.

§ Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 and $10 MN Hockey fee if age 7 or older (before June). The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 and younger, however the registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number. If a participant plays and coaches he/she pays only one registration fee.

Step 2) Obtain a pin number for your family (if new to the association)

Obtaining the Pin does not register your player(s).

Need a Pin Number?:

Each family will be assigned one Pin Number that they will use for as many years as they have players playing for the association. Once you have requested a Pin Number, and one has been assigned, you cannot be assigned another number. If you have previously been assigned a Pin Number, and have forgotten that number, Click Here to have your Pin Number emailed to you. If you still need a Pin Number, and one has not yet been assigned to your family, Click Here and complete the form to request a Pin Number. Please note that you must have an email address to submit a Pin Number.

Step 3) Register your son or daughter

Click on the link below to begin online registration with ERYHA. As you register each player, you will be asked to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation number for that respective player.

Additional information:

Please use your player's LEGAL BIRTH NAME found on his/her birth certificate. If you do not, the name will not match for roster sign-offs.
The home address should be used for all participants. If a player lives in one state and plays in another, enter the home address and pay any applicable Affiliate fee. The confirmation page/number will be accepted by any USA Hockey program in the country.
If waiving in from another association (first time), you need to obtain a paper waiver from the home association. If waiving in from another district (ie District 5) your waiver will need to be signed by the District Director before it will be accepted by ERYHA.
Need a computer? Try your local library or school.
A Visa gift card can be used for payment if no credit card is available.
An email address is required. You can use a friend’s address if you don’t have one.

Step 4) Pay the registration fee via credit card (N/A for LTS)

Click here before you proceed to view key information such as pre-skate clinics, tryout information, league-specific information, volunteer and fundraising policies and coaching/managing opportunities!

Step 5) Drop off your Consent to Treat form and Birth Certificate (if B/C not on file from previous year) in the ERYHA office (The CTT form can also be emailed to eryharegistrationdirector@yahoo.com). Also drop off your check if paying registration and your waiver if waiving in from another assocation for the first time. All forms must be in by Friday November 25th.

Step 6) (Mites)Pick up your mandatory fundraising materials and drop off your deposit checks for Fundraising ($150) and Volunteering ($250). (fundraising and volunteering not applicable for Learn to Skate)

(Jr Gold)Drop off your deposit check for Volunteering ($100). If you have other children in the association, you do not need to drop off another deposit check.

Your son/daughter’s registration is NOT COMPLETE until all 6 steps are done!

No Refunds

Any players that make a high school team will NOT be given a refund of any portion of the registration or tryout fees paid to ERYHA.
